How we work

How we work: a free consultation, a plan, setup and ongoing support

We work out what is slipping, recommend which department (or which combination) fixes it first, set it up on the tools you already use, and keep improving it every month. Automation does the repetitive work. Our team writes the scripts, checks the results and steps in when a person is needed.

You stay in control throughout. You approve scripts, sequences and plans before anything goes live, every account is set up in your name, and each month you get a report in plain language that says what happened and what we would improve next.

The four steps

From the first conversation to a monthly report

  1. STEP 01

    Understand

It starts with a free consultation of about 15 minutes. You tell us where time and customers slip away. We ask how calls, enquiries, leads, paperwork and IT problems reach you today, and which tools you already use. There is no obligation.

    • Book it from the contact page, or start by email or WhatsApp.
    • We look at how calls, web forms and enquiries reach you today, and where they wait.
    • We note the tools you already pay for: phone system, calendar, CRM, accounting software, email and job software.
    • For IT Desk, the call is followed by an audit of devices, accounts, licences, network equipment and admin access, documented in one place you can see.
  2. STEP 02

    Recommend

After the call we send a written plan. It names the department or departments that fix the problem first, shows what automation will handle and what our team will do, and sets out the limits in writing. Pricing is custom, so the plan comes with a quote for your business.

    • A written recommendation naming the department or departments to start with. You can start with one and add more when you are ready.
    • The simplest setup that works, using tools you already pay for wherever possible.
    • What automation handles and what our team handles, side by side, with the limits written down.
    • A custom quote in US dollars, with no obligation.
  3. STEP 03

    Implement

We build on your existing phone number, calendar and software, and connect to them rather than replacing them. Nothing goes live until you have tested it and approved it.

    • Front Desk forwards only the calls you miss from your existing number and connects your calendar.
    • IT Desk installs monitoring and security software, turns on multi-factor sign-in, sets up backups and fixes the urgent risks found in the audit.
    • You test it before launch: you call it, text it and approve the scripts. Follow-up sequences, monthly content plans and ad budgets are approved before they run.
    • Workflows and integrations are tested with real sample data, including duplicates, missing fields and failed payments, and run alongside your current process briefly before we switch over.
  4. STEP 04

    Support and optimise

Once it is live, automation runs the routine and our team watches it. We review what the system handled, fix what did not work, and report every month on what changed and what we would improve next.

    • Front Desk conversations are reviewed weekly, and weak answers, scripts and sequences are fixed as we go.
    • A monthly report in plain language, with recommendations. Sales Desk adds a pipeline report with next actions (your plan says how often), and IT Desk a monthly health report.
    • Back Office includes a monthly review of what else can be automated, and Sales Desk a monthly CRM clean-up. When the first workflows are stable, we help you plan the next ones.
    • A failed workflow run raises an alert instead of disappearing silently.

What to expect

Five things that hold on every plan

  • A named person

A named person is responsible for your account. Every request is logged and tracked, so you always know where something stands and who is dealing with it.

  • Reports in plain language

Proposals, reports and invoices you can read in a minute, without a translator. Each monthly report says what the automation handled, what our team did, what changed and what we would improve next.

  • You own everything

Accounts, phone numbers, automations, documents and data are set up in your name. Nothing is locked to us. If you leave, you keep all of it.

  • Nothing goes live without your approval

You approve scripts, follow-up sequences, monthly content plans and ad budgets before launch. Data entry starts with a sample batch you check first. Your plan says what we handle on our own and what always comes back to you.

  • A person when the automation can't handle it

Automation does the routine and flags what it shouldn't handle. Those escalations go to a person on our team. Urgent calls can be transferred to you or your on-call number straight away.

One department or several

Most plans are one department, billed monthly. You can start with one and add others when you are ready, and the written plan says which combination makes sense for you. Websites, online stores and custom web apps are quoted as projects alongside.

How long setup takes

Timing is agreed in your plan before we start, and it depends on what we are setting up. Front Desk is usually live in about a week, because it runs on your existing number and calendar. Workflows, CRM setup and IT Desk depend on how many systems, devices and sites are involved, so we give you a timeline after the consultation. Websites and online stores are quoted and scheduled as projects.

What we don't promise

Three things you will not find on this site

  • Rankings, review counts or results

We don't guarantee rankings, a number of reviews, or any particular outcome. We report exactly what changed every month.

  • AI that never makes mistakes

AI receptionists, chatbots, agents and assistants can make mistakes. The AI receptionist introduces itself as an AI on every call, and people review anything with legal, financial or medical effect. If a task is too risky to automate, we will say so.

  • Support hours we haven't put in writing

Support hours and response times are set out in your service agreement before we start. You will not find hours or response times advertised on this site.

FAQ

Onboarding and working together

What happens after I send an enquiry?

A person reads every message and replies with next steps by the method you chose, with a time for the consultation if you asked for one. The consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes. Afterwards you get a written plan naming the department or departments to start with, together with a custom quote. There is no obligation at any point.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short one. The first three months are a fixed term, then it is month to month. IT Desk is billed per user with a five-user minimum. Usage above your plan's allowance, software licences and ad spend are billed at cost, as stated in your quote. You own your accounts, numbers and data throughout, and keep them if you leave.

Do we have to change our phone number, CRM or software?

No. We work with your existing phone number, calendar, CRM and accounting software, and connect to them rather than replacing them. Only unanswered calls are forwarded, so your number and the calls you do pick up stay as they are. If you don't have a CRM, we set up GoHighLevel or HubSpot and move your existing leads across. Moving from another CRM is quoted in your plan.

What if we want to switch tools later, or stop working with you?

Everything is set up in your name, so there is nothing to migrate away from us. If you change a tool, we adjust the workflows and connections. A larger move, such as a CRM migration, is quoted. If you end the agreement, admin access, documentation and configuration notes are handed back to you during an agreed offboarding period, and our logins are removed.

Who does the work?

A small remote team of specialists in automation, IT, bookkeeping, sales support and marketing, working with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. TechPit Solutions was founded in 2023 by Touseeq Iqbal, who spent 10 years running networks, servers and systems for businesses. Automation handles the repetitive steps; our team writes the scripts, reviews the results, makes the calls, keeps the books and handles the conversations that need judgement.

How does reporting work?

Every department includes a monthly report in plain language: what the automation handled, what our team did, what changed, and what we would improve next. Sales Desk adds a pipeline report with next actions; your plan says whether it is weekly or monthly. IT Desk sends a monthly health report. Growth reports exactly what changed in reviews, rankings and traffic rather than promising a number. Some plans include a review call; your plan says how often.

What happens when the automation can't handle something?

It flags it, and a person on our team deals with it. Urgent calls can be transferred to you or your on-call number straight away; everything else is booked or passed on as a message. Workflows have error handling and alerts, so a failed run is flagged instead of disappearing silently. Where an AI agent acts on your systems, approval steps catch mistakes before they reach customers.
