TechPit Solutions helps small businesses, startups and growing companies run more smoothly. We combine people, practical technology and automation to take care of the work behind the scenes: enquiries answered, leads followed up, records and books kept in order, IT looked after, your website, reviews and Google profile kept up to date, and, where needed, an AI assistant running on a server you control.
We build automations, websites and IT systems, but we are not an AI agency, a web design studio or an IT support company. We are the team that keeps your day-to-day operations running so you can focus on your customers. You can start with one service or combine several, and every account, number and piece of data stays in your name.
From the founder

Founder, IT systems consultant and AI automation specialist
For 10 years I ran networks, servers, email and security for small and medium businesses. In that time I learned that most small businesses do not lack technology. They lack someone to run it, keep it working and notice when it stops.
In 2023 I founded TechPit Solutions and started building automations that answer customers and follow up leads when owners cannot. The automations did their job, but they worked best with people around them: someone to write the scripts, check the results and step in when a conversation needs a human. That is how the company is built today.
We are now a small remote team of specialists covering automation, IT, bookkeeping, sales support and marketing, working with businesses worldwide. If you write to us, a person reads it.

What you can expect from us
Practical over impressive
We recommend the simplest setup that does the job and use the tools you already pay for wherever we can. We suggest new software only when it solves a problem you have today.
You own everything
Accounts, phone numbers, automations, documents and data are set up in your name. Nothing is locked to us, and you keep all of it if you leave.
Plain language
Proposals, reports and invoices you can read in a minute, without a translator. We say what we will do, what is included and what is not.
Automation first, people always
Software handles the repetitive work: replies, reminders, data entry and reports. A named person on our team is responsible for your account and steps in when a conversation needs judgement.
Honesty
What we do and do not claim
- No testimonials or case studies until the client has checked and confirmed them, so you will not find any here yet.
- No customer counts, uptime figures or results we cannot prove.
- No office address, because we are a remote team.
- Support hours and response times are set out in your service agreement before we start.
