What leaves your environment
Only what you choose. If you connect it to an outside system (your CRM, email, or a cloud AI for non-confidential tasks), we list exactly what is sent, and you can switch each connection off.
Pricing
Setup from $4,500 and management from $750 per month. Hardware is at cost plus configuration, paid before ordering, and typically $1,500 to $6,000 depending on users and documents. Dedicated Hosted replaces the hardware with a monthly server fee.
What we don't claim
Private AI does not make you compliant with any law on its own, and it can make mistakes, so people review anything with legal, financial or medical effect. We document the security controls; compliance stays with you and your advisers.

Are our documents sent to OpenAI or another AI company?
No. The models run on your server or a dedicated server rented for you. Nothing leaves that environment unless you connect an outside system, and every connection is listed and can be switched off.
How accurate is it?
It answers from your documents and cites the source so staff can check it. It can still make mistakes, so people review anything with legal, financial or medical effect.
What hardware do we need?
It depends on the number of users and documents. We size the server after a short assessment; typical hardware costs $1,500 to $6,000, or Dedicated Hosted avoids hardware altogether.
