Accessibility statement

Our commitment

TechPit Solutions wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and descriptive link text, so pages make sense to assistive technology.
Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, in a sensible order.
A "Skip to content" link at the top of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation.
Clearly visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields.
Text and background colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, with body text well above the minimum.
Your device's "reduce motion" setting is respected: animations are reduced or switched off, and numbers that would count up are shown in full straight away.
The 3D visuals are decorative only. Everything they illustrate is also available as ordinary text and HTML on the same page, and they are hidden from screen readers.
Form fields have visible labels.
Pages reflow on small screens and remain usable when zoomed to 200% or more.

Known limitations

The 3D scenes cannot be explored by keyboard or screen reader. They carry no information that is not also given in text, so nothing is lost by skipping them.
Third-party content, such as the booking calendar embedded on our contact page and the spam check on our forms, is provided by other companies and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. If either causes you difficulty, contact us by email or WhatsApp instead and we will arrange things directly.

This statement is based on our own review of the site. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot yet claim full conformance.

We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website, and at least once a year.
