Support, Systems & Automation for E-commerce Brands
Running an online store means juggling far more than a website. Orders flow in from the storefront and marketplaces, inventory has to stay accurate across channels, payments and refunds need reconciling, customers expect fast answers, and marketing tools all want a copy of your data. When these systems are stitched together by hand, small errors turn into oversold stock, late shipments and hours of spreadsheet work.
We help e-commerce brands build and run the systems behind their store. That covers Shopify and WooCommerce store builds and fixes, connecting your store to inventory, shipping, accounting and CRM tools, automating repetitive order and customer tasks, securing admin accounts and payment-related settings, and providing customer support and back-office help. Every support request is logged, tracked and owned by a named person, and support hours and response times are set out in your service agreement.
Our approach is practical: find where time and money leak out of your operations, fix the biggest problems first and keep everything documented so your team understands how it works. We work remotely with brands selling worldwide, whether you are launching your first store or tidying up the systems of an established one.
Challenges
What gets in the way
Inventory and order errors
Stock levels that drift between the store, marketplaces and warehouse lead to overselling, cancellations and unhappy customers, while orders get re-keyed into other systems by hand.
Too many disconnected apps
Stores often run a pile of plugins and apps that overlap, slow the site and do not share data, making it hard to see what is actually happening in the business.
Store speed and reliability
Slow pages, broken checkout steps and theme conflicts after app updates cost sales, and they tend to surface during the busiest promotions when there is least time to fix them.
Support and admin overload
Where-is-my-order emails, returns, refunds, product data updates and bookkeeping pile up as order volume grows, pulling the founders away from growing the brand.

FAQ
Common questions
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
We mainly work with Shopify and WooCommerce, and we can also support stores on BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace. For integrations, we connect stores with common tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, ShipStation, Klaviyo, HubSpot and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. If you use something less common, we check its integration options during the initial review.
Can you fix our existing store instead of rebuilding it?
Usually, yes. Many store problems come from conflicting apps, theme issues, poorly sized images or messy product data rather than the platform itself. We start with an audit, fix the highest-impact issues first and only suggest a rebuild when the existing setup genuinely blocks progress, explaining the trade-offs so you can decide.
How much does e-commerce IT support or a store build cost?
Cost depends on the platform, number of products and variants, custom design needs, which integrations are required, how much data must be migrated and whether you want ongoing support. A simple store setup involves far less work than a multi-channel integration project. Book a free consultation and we will review your store and suggest a scope.
Can you help during busy sales periods?
Yes. Before a big promotion we can review site speed, test checkout, check stock syncing and set up alerts for failed orders or integrations. During the event, every support request is logged, tracked and owned by a named person within the support hours set out in your service agreement, and our customer support team can help handle the extra volume of order questions.
